Rainbow Of Hope.

I step out in the pouring rain so the drops can hide,
the emotions on my wet streaked face from all the tears I've cried.

each tear was for you and representing a reason why,
without you in my life I don't think I will be able to get by.

I cry for you, I cry for me,
I cry for everything that we could be.
I cry because I gave it my all,
I cry because you just watched me fall.
I cry because I want my feelings for you to end,
I cry because I want my broken heart to mend.

and as the last rain drop falls from the sky and a rainbow forms a slope,
it gives me the strength to believe maybe there is a such thing as hope.
