Catch up with myself.

[ PLEASE, give me credit for this. I DID write it, its the least I deserve. ]

Today the sun didn't rise.
my dreams full of stressful cries,
today the world stood still,
waiting for me to see everything
that is real, And I cant stand this
life and its ridiculous beliefs.
about love, friendship hate and greed.

I sit back and watch my life
speed past me.
Not knowing what I'm doing or where I'm going
too confusing to realize
I cant wait to catch up with myself.

Life is slowing down and I can finally hear
the sound of my own heart beating, beating beating stopped.
I listen close and take down the clock,
the only thing proving that my time is being lost.

Today the sun shone bright across the sky.
A helpful hand reached out to me.
Today the world spun fast.
All around me as I gasp,
for air the sound gets louder.
leaving me breathless, breaking breaking breaking free.

And I cant wait to catch up with myself.

    Omg..that was one of the best poems i EVER read! HONESTLY! it was sooo well put together..i especially loved and i mean LOVED the lines..
