A Bleeding Rose

Laying in the grass
As I gaze at the sky.
One by one
Clouds pass by.

I sense of serenity
Washes over me.
And yet again my heart weeps,
for I am lonely.

My quiet smile
misleads your dreams.
Gentle tears
Quiet my screams.

As love faded away
It started to snow..
Nothing was left
except my heart; a bleeding rose.
