The fire place

by Manar   Aug 27, 2007

When i retire i'm going to spend the evenings by the fire place,
going through those pictures and remembering your own face,
I would have enough time to think who was mistaken,
and who hadn't frankly spoken,

But now i've to complete the race,
I've spent enough time going through this case,
I've to compensate for what i've lost,
and i think that i fairly paid you the cost,

You know that both of us need to move on,
we've from the memories a ton,
but we played a game where neither of us won,
so it would be better if each took his own ROAD,

I'll forget nothing of what we once promised,i swear,
losing you was something i thought i would never bear,
I'll keep every thing in those boxes, till the last breath i'll care,
sorry there's no time to talk about exs, i just don't dare,

Let's follow on and consider this a stage,
we'll meet others and learn, and that's a matter of age,
when you too sit by your fire place make sure nothing of our memories burn !.....
I HEARD THEM SAYING ROADS USUALLY MEET AGAIN!!!
