Deep Inside

Deep inside ones mind
Danger falls
She thinks about what she would do to herself if she could
She has thoughts of suicide thoughts that she wish she would die
She hates herself, she hates the world
She pops pills, takes drugs tries to relieve her own pain
The hurt from her abusive childhood burns a whole in her brain
Her thoughts of her rape at age 10 makes her weak
So the next time she's getting high her boyfriend takes advantage of her in her sleep
She goes to sell on the street
She gets caught her boyfriend's out in a minute
She's locked up know, charged for possession
Now She's on the cell wall crying, wondering where she went wrong
She wants to leave, run away, but the guards block her from doing so
Now she's being raped all over again, new horrors in her mind
She's finally free after 3 yrs, she has no where to go
She walks behind a building very slow
Her heart is racing, she's so scared
Every last thought and horrifying memory runs through her head
Her rape at age 10, her alcoholic dad striking her, her drug addict mom beating her, security guards raping her
She slowly picks up a knife and puts it to her wrist
Then she drops it and starts running
No stopping, no thinking, just constant running to nowhere
Finally she ends up at her old crack house
Gets a gun and puts it to her head
She whispers softly before letting that bullet go
Then there's dead silence
No one to hear the gun no one to hear her dead body hit the floor
Her life is gone, her life is over
Now her mom and dad want to hover over
But she can't hear them, or feel them, all she remembers is the pain they left her
They cry, and cry because this girl never really wanted to die!
