The world was cold and harsh,
I stood alone in the rain.
I cried myself to sleep,
'cause I couldn't take the pain.

The only way I could feel,
was to cut deep in my wrist.
I could have never guessed,
my life would turn out like this.

You're the one who owns my heart,
you treat me with real care.
Your smile soft, your kisses sweet,
I know that you're really there.

I love to know you're with me,
'cause now I'm not alone.
I feel so special and loved,
my heart's no longer stone.

Life now has a meaning,
and that meaning is you.
Without you here with me,
