In a Million years

by Iola   Aug 30, 2007

In a million years from now
I'm healed beyond perfection
Scars removed by silky rain
The product of a sweet resurrection

A million stars away from here
We dance on a rainbow of glass
You take me to places of fantasy
No more memories of life so harsh

Under a million sprinkles of fairy dust
You kiss me like you do in your dreams
Caressing our togetherness with sparkling wine
As our bodies get kissed by golden sun beams

A million dreams and prayers away
You still whisper a sweet prayer for me
Holding onto a million years from today
When our five senses begin to see

Million miles away from today
We are laughing and crying together
As we intended when we were born on earth
We wanted to love each other for now and forever...
