Life is to short to be taken for granted
Yet, it's too long for the unloved and unwanted
Life is brilliant, full of adventure and action
But, all seems dull to the man who's lost his passion.
From time to time, we start asking questions,
about life and its obvious imperfections.
We climb a ladder, we fall, we try.
Why do we do this when it'll just make us cry?
What good are words if they have no meaning?
Scribbled letters with no thoughts nor feelings.
What good is music if it has no expression?
It can charm your ears, but gives your heart no vision.
Yes,life indeed is to short to be ignored,
Too long for the confused and bored.
But, one thing that should be given more thinking is,
what good is life with nothing worth living?
