Give Me Strength

Alone and helpless in the world
no one there to see her through
she turns to anyone who will listen
hoping they will tell her just what to do

trusting anyone who will let her
she now believes there's no more pain
until at the moment she realizes
she's left all alone again

no one's really there for her
they all pretend its just a game
they make her feel like she's not alone
when in the end she just gets the blame

feeling sorry for everything she shouldn't
she begins to start to cry
she realizes everyone is right about her
and maybe she should just die

thinking everyone will be better off
she puts the gun to her head
she quietly starts to cry hot tears
the gun drops but by no means is she dead

shes got only one hope in life
hope that someone else will come along
to help her figure out her feelings
and to tell her everyone else was wrong

wrong for making her feel bad
and wrong for making her cry
wrong for pretending to be there for her
and wrong for letting her want to die
