This poem was pretty good. I thought it was nice, but there wasn't anything that gave it the "wow" factor. The rhyme scheme is pretty good. Perhaps try adding some more adjectives and some stronger words.

Awww. im all teared up, no joke. this was really sad and seriously moved me. It's realy unfortunate she died at such a young age.

I say this in a lot of my comments im a passion kinda guy, and this was just overflowing with it...i dont mean any disrespect, but the death thing wasnt what captured my attention, it was your longing and lost time spent is what drew me in...a few metaphors and perfection...but still a 5..
