When we met for the first time

When I looked into your eyes deep inside
I knew you would shy away so I could not decide

You were so close yet i felt the distance
your simile glowing smile made me blind

you expressed your limitations i felt like a prisoner
I am a rebel who would refuse to set any limits between us

Like a rebel who thinks he is fighting for the cause
My cause is you and it is only you

Its all new fresh like a blossom
this bond needs care, sacrifice and attention

But what this sacrifice entails is beyond my imagination
You made yourself clear that this bond is eternal

Who cares, when we depart as long as you know you are my part and i`m yours
The fountain, grassy green steps, the sound of train, the chirping of birds they all witnessed

I held your hand and unwillingly say " I think I like you" then I regretted as I could say I love you
This waste of words was a form of question, no response every second I was waiting for your answer

Upon my insistence you expressed yourself
I did not feel it as it did not come from within
