Dead

What did we ever do wrong
why is it that we just don't belong
nobody ever seems to realize
that behind our smiles lays lies

we cut and we bleed
but it's love that we need
they all ignore how we feel
our broken hearts will never heal

we're trying to stay sane
but it's hard with all this pain
all the nights that we've cried
we're so very dead inside

it would be so much better if we we're dead
no need to regret all the things you said
no one would cry, we wouldn't be missed
cause to them, we didn't even exist

our souls have never been alive
we all failed to survive
god has taken everything away
and now our hearts will soon decay
