A four letter word

Some say love is just a four letter word
others say it is just lust
many say it doesn't exist
I say it must

the butterflies in your tummy
the way he makes you smile
How you laugh out loud
Like a little baby child

I used to think love was nothing
How could it effect me?
But then I met him
And now I have begun to see

Love can hurt you
it can make you fall
sometimes it will kill you
and make you crawl

But love can lift you high
make you feel the breeze
take away the pain
make you feel at ease

love is hard to find
some never can
But I'm sure I have
