Friends

The true meaning of the word friend:
a person whom you trust when you have a troubled cause.
Many people don't believe that
they think a friend is someone to like
but only when there friends aren'tround
like there embarrassed of you
and turn to you only when there friends can't hang out
But what happens when a friend defends a friend
sacrifices for that person and that person
turns there head,
looks away and forgets,
forgets you talked to them tried to help them.
To me the true meaning of a friend is someone who lends
a hand
a shoulder
an ear
and during that time never thought twice it was an immediate reaction to you.
People these days only think about themselves
how they look
what they need
and want and forget that people out there do need help a shoulder, an ear a hand.
People are going though hard things like death and parents getting divorce during this time they blame themselves and are afraid to talk to adults
but for kids it comes easier because adults judge
on everything what you do and how you do it.
You don't understand why they are saying your stupid
or dumb
but because of it you call yourself a failure
and walk away
from your dreams
and your life!
