Part Of Me.

There once was a girl that was trapped In a well,
she was thrown in a hole and hoped to have gone to hell...
people looked down on her and spit in her face,
they said she should leave she didn't belong in this place...
I looked in the hole, not a shimmer of light,
I looked around and something just wasn't right...
I looked again, but what I saw just wasn't the same,
it brought tears to my eyes and to my heart it brought shame...
for what I saw must have been the other part of me,
she was just waiting inside, just waiting to be free...
but when she got what she asked for,
instead of accepting, they chose to ignore...
so that's my story, what more can I say?
she got what she wanted and so did they...
