Now I lay me down to bed,
I shut my eyes to rest my head,
tomorrow my horizons I hope to expand,
and may I swiftly fall into dreamland,
I love my life, and wish to stay,
so I pray to god, for just one more day,
I pray for my family, that they're all OK,
and pray that all my friends will live another day,
for I love them all and bid them goodnight,
If they do not wake, I hope they see the light,
and to all thoughs who did not live to see this day,
I bid them fair well, and hope to see them again if I may,
but for now I try to sleep and stop thinking about the past,
and hope that today was not my last...
