Let Me See

These dreams seem so hopeless,
And always so surreal.
It always makes me helpless,
I don't know how to feel.

Visions of times that look so great,
Always are there, ready to degrade.
These feelings I have
Are eating me away,
Constantly there,
Teasing me to stay.

The sensation that goes through me
Every time I see them together.
My mind, it's always stewing,
What could I have done better.

I'll just keep hoping
That we're meant to be,
As you continue knowing,
Won't you let me see.
