Why?

Why when I call no one answers?
Why when I cry no one is there?
Why when I cut no one helps?

Why don't I just run?

Run as far as an eagle can soar
Until it's wings fall off.

Why don't I just fall?

Fall down like a rock when it is
Dropped into the ocean.

Why don't I just die?

Die forever like a flower when
Spring ends and winter comes.

Why?

    Very effective and filled with emotions. I don't like the first stanza because the repetition of the "why when... " ruins the flow a bit, but the rest of this piece is very good. I like the comparisons in every stanza. My favorite one is:
    -Why don't I just fall?

    Fall down like a rock when it is
    Dropped into the ocean.-

    Keep up!
