Meditative Repentance

Conscious spiritual contentment
Deep in quite reflection
Resting under Kyanite skies
Far from the worlds deception

Where tears exist
Only of humility and bliss
Tempestuous hearts
Finding stillness in the early morning mist

The air is speechless & at peace
As I seek out salvation alone
Heedful to birds chirping in the east
Lord knows, with a heavy soul to atone

Forgiveness is what I ask for
For my future, for my past
The very first sin I knowingly made
That one & my last
