Why i cant sleep at night

I was laying in my bed
as thoughts of you ran through my head
it was a dark and gloomy night
but i still wouldn't dare turn on the light
i walked over to my window
with my heart feeling heavy and low
i see the full moon
reminding i lost you too soon
the stars where shinning so bright
i wanted to, but smiling didn't feel right
i pushed the hair out of my face
while thinking of the memories i would never erase
i saw the huge tree
had me wishing there was still you and me
i pressed my hand against the glass
remembering how the time had past
i cant sleep at night
because you're gone, and i don't feel right
