Out in the Rain

Demented thoughts
an imperfect world
where you choose the other girl
and I'm left out in the rain
after that kiss
that shouldn't have ended
tears pouring down my cheeks
mingling with the rain and makeup
unnoticed and unheeded
and you hold me like it will be
forever like this moment
until the moment's over
and you walk away
