Thoughts occupy our mind
So much to do
In this short span of life

The memories of the past
Flow one by one
The incessant process

Positive ones
Uplift
Instigate to move ahead

The negative
Make us ponder
Drains out energy

Master them
Ones to hold
The other to let go

Reach the state
Of equipoised
By self-control

Control
By remembering
The ALMIGHTY
