These Demons

A impending darkness
creeps in on me
circling round me
so i cannot see
Voices whispering
telling me lies
jumping behind me
in suprise
They wrap cold hands around me
bite into my soul
shred up my heart
until its no longer whole
Voices that taunt
Voices that tease
Voices that scream
bringing me to my knees
Try to ignore them
But they keep coming
Can never keep these demons
off my back
