My Sweet Tooth

by Ron   Oct 20, 2007

My sweet tooth cannot be satisfied,
a confection so sweet to be denied.
For the sweets that I desire,
from afar must I admire.

Every day these sweets I want to savor,
to partake and taste this exquisite flavor.
What is this sweets of which I speak,
it is in her heart that which I seek.

For from her heart comes that sweet smile,
the twinkle in her eyes most worthwhile.
The angelic sound of her sweet voice,
and her laughter in which I rejoice.

For she is the sweets that my heart craves,
a craving that seems so strong it enslaves.
So in silence my craving prolongs,
for to another she belongs.
