My Mom

by Nat-a-Tat   May 7, 2004

She's the strongest person I know
Sometimes too strong for her own good
Holds the burden of the world
Because she feels she should

She's been with me through thick and thin
Even when what I did was no good
I'd buy her all the diamonds in the world
If only I could

She's had such a hard life
But like a pillar she stands
I love her so much
Forever I will hold her hand

She's sacrificed so much
Things most people would never do
She's the least selfish person I know
Her character always shines through

I want her to know
That for an eternity she will be
The strongest person I know
The most important woman in my life to me.
