Words Unspoken

by Jamin Huchingson   Oct 28, 2007

I must be blind,
I can't seem to see
Where this road unwinds
Not knowing where I'm going
I feel the devil creeping up from behind
I'm about to reap what I've sown
Pay for what I've owned

My eyes are tired, trying
To keep them open
But I've had too much to drink
And been smokin'
To relieve this repressed anger
From words, that went unspoken

This darkness is stalking me
This pain is eating me
Constantly controlling me
So I pop a little white pill
Because it's just a
Me without you kill

My eyes so drained, I strain
To keep them open
One too many drinks
And you know I've been smokin'
This pain is so deep
From words unspoken

I walk alone
Cause apart we've grown
And I feel
I'm about to reap what I've sown

My eyes tired
From staring at the flames
That went out in the fire
I tried so hard to sustain
I try to keep my eyes open
Hopin'
But one to many drinks
And this joint I'm tokin'
So much repressed anger
From words unspoken
