True love is hard to find
All my life I've searched for it
I would give up a million dollars
But everyone knows, you can't pay for it
Love takes trust, Love takes honesty
Love takes lots of time
And communicating constantly
Love isn't just
A four letter word
Many don't understand it
Lots of people say it
But only half really mean it
They often mistake it for lust
They often play games
Leaving you to believe and think
That they are all the same
Only looking out for themselves
Without any guilt, Heart-breakers in the end
Leaving with no remorse
A broken heart will never mend
It's just that four letter word
So very powerful, causes so much pain
Can cause sadness and depression
If ever used in vain.......
