Explain yourself

What ever will they think

as they see us running

running to get some place

were we feel right

What can we say

after they see us jumping

jumping up to reach the one thing

that will kill the incomplete feeling

how can we explain

why we want so much to fly,

to feel free, and yet feel closer to the person

we need the most

because it wont make since

to all the ones staring

to all those whispering

about how we are just fools

reaching for something

that we know deep down inside

we can never have

no matter how far we run

no matter what heights we jump to

no matter how high we soar

it dosent belong to us
