Screaming

I am screaming in and out
I can't let it out
These thought are stuck
Unable to move

I am dying inside
What is wrong with me?
I can't sleep
I can't speak

Those thoughts hurt me
Inside and out
I am screaming
Can't say though

No one can hear me
And no one will
I am screaming
My lungs out
