Christmas joy

by justeene   Nov 28, 2007

Whilst you lay sleeping in your bed,
Mummy pulls up the blankets and kisses your head.
In the morning a big surprise,
When all i see is happiness in your eyes.

Wrapping paper here and there,
and flying up in the air.
With your smile beaming from ear too ear,
Yes its true, Santa has been here.

Now its time to eat our lunch,
And mummy and daddy to drink some punch.
Family arrive, more presents exchanged,
Some if them funny and deranged.

Now lets clean up, the day nearly out,
Happy smiles turn to pouts.
Now its all over we head to bed,
We tuck you in and kiss you on the head.
