Haunting

You seem to always be there in the back of my mind haunting my dreams and making me cry
But for one split second I forget about all the wrong you've done to me
Then all those things come flooding back all at once making it hard to breath
But I don't dare speak a word because i fear know one will understand
And here I am again sitting all alone bottling up my feelings hurting no one but myself
I feel so alone and so lost
I don't know what to say
Maybe it's all just better this way
