The Camp that I Remember

by HiddenPoet   Jan 8, 2008

Tucked away in the woods
Where the grass does grow
And the airs full with spirit
As the waters do flow

There is a camp that I remember
A special place to be
There's a camp that I remember
One where we can all stand and see

The camp is all full of God
And who want to praise His name
We all stand and show our joy
His grace is presented without shame

The camp is a world apart
From all of the world's evil means
The people trust each other
And absent are the dark themes

This camp is meant for believers
From all around the Earth
A place where Christians come to grow
And others a chance for rebirth

A place of eternal peacefulness
Through the songs we surrender
One summer can change a lifetime
In the camp that I remember
