Questions

I immerse myself in you, in your word

As I delve deeper the more questions I have

Every time you answer, I ask another

Like a child, infinitely curious

Never satisfied, always questioning

You gladly submit yourself to inquiry

You try to fill me with answers

But each time you fill a crevasse

Another opens

You laugh and say, "Will you ever be done?"

I smile back and shake my head
