White Rabbit

by Packed Satisfaction   Jan 9, 2008

I followed the rabbit through the hall
Through the maze and through the wall
Through the woods full of purple haze
Where the wonderland creatures wander in a daze
Through blackness and midnight
To the pale glow of daylight

From the Queen of Hearts
Who decapitates heads and other parts
To the realm of the mock turtle
Who's world is so fertile
Past the tree of the Cheshire Cat
Who talked of this way and that

Ventured through the looking glass
Wandered through the endless grass
Into the world of the Red and White Queen
Who despite their title, were rather mean.
I fought with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum
Who after they lost appeared rather glum.

I have returned from that strange world
Through the colors that swirled
And remember children, don't lose your grip
When it comes time to venture on such a trip.
