Reflected grace

by Faith   Jan 15, 2008

Your brilliance and balance reflect on this clouded mirror
those eyes that peirce to deep become my spotlight of relief
forbiding exposure i take another step, never looking away from the sea of blue
the walls around me bend, I melt into your touch
My fingertips sweep the trail of tears that snake your porclin face
a familur twist stirs my deepest truth
and the room begins to dance
glass shatters to every coner of this dim lit room, peices of you lie lifeless at my feet
i couldnt resist touch and its all my fault
i dont own the remedy to peice you back together but nothing seems to fit
I try to craddle your peices, but your edges just cut too deep
Leaving you a massacared mess is simpily not an option, and unthinkable thought
avery end deserves a new beginning
line by line and peice by peice i will yet again transform you into a reflected grace
your judgement will no longer mirror my own
but glow with understandment
you will hold the strenght to control your mind, and still hold me in your heart
I will guard yours with my life, as long as you dont fall apart
a trade worth while
I need your smile
your grace is soon reflected
and my angel will yet again resemble the perfected

dedicated to my baby
hang in there
