Maple Dreams

by Kim   Jan 15, 2008

There was a time in days gone by
When maple dancing filled the sky
And love was not afraid to die
For after death there was a dream
A single moment of in between
A reflection of the past
The purest truth so hard to grasp

And in that moment was achieved
Everything that was believed
A new perspective of every kind
A connection sparked from mind to mind
Unspeakable was the dream so long
Of perfect love and crystal song
And within a flash was gone

There was a time in days gone by
When deep oak laughter filled the sky
And for that moment it was worth to die
