Drink the night away.

Lets drink the night away
Let's play our game
We can pretend that you love me
and put our hate to shame.
Let's drink the night away
and erase the past one more time
yeah i can believe what you say
each and every pathetic line.
Let's drink the night away
and with it our dignity
forget what was said before
baby make love to me.
Let's drink the night away
and wake up to honesty
you know i love you
and i know you don't love me.
Let's drink the night away
just like we always do.
re-living these drunken nights
just so i can hold onto you.

    I thought that was really good.
    Though there were sad emotions, it was easy to relate to. Especially for me.
    I've been through that exact scenario, and it hurts.
