Whispers of the wind

by Stephanie Mutton   Jan 16, 2008

Your Faults are whispers of the night
secrets throughout the sky
your on cloud nine, flying high,
with no rules to abide.
Spreading your wings
looking down upon me.
wearing that crown so proud
just wait till the wind breaks out and howls
your secrets let out, no longer safe.
Nothing left, to cover your face.
What happened to the girl once so proud
the one that chose to tear me down?
How does it feel to look up at the stars
not being able to sparkle and shine.
To have your dreams stolen,
like you stole mine.
