How Many Times

How many times have I looked in the mirror to see a fake smile,
How many times have my lies gone longer than a mile
How many times have I considered myself a disgrace
How many times have I lied to my own face

How many times have the rumors been untrue
How many times do I wish to bid adeu
How many times do people continue to not care
How many times do I have a pain to bare

How many times do I laugh to lie
How many times do I laugh to hide a cry
How many times do people stare at me and think
"Is she really insane, or just on the brink?"

How many times do I try and escape
How many times the borders of reality do I scrape
How many times do I consider myslef weird
How many times do I think i should be feared

How many times do I ask myself these
How many times do I beg with a "please"
How many times does this lie expand
How many times do i die by my own hand

How many times... every time.

    I liked the lines a lot with the exception of the repeat of "how many times" I think if you just used your verses' and repeated how many times only a couple of times it would read better.(just my thoughts but I'm for sure no expert)all in all a very good write.
