Today's Regret, Tomorrow's Gone.

I look upon a yesterday
and hope for a tomorrow.
But none can count the many todays,
filled with pain and sorrow.

I regret those todays hath now long past,
for greif and loss, I feel.
Tomorrow was lost in yesterday.
There's no heart left to heal.

It's my mistake, it's all my fault.
The moon seems further now.
I've tainted my chances, it's over.
Though my heart won't disavow.
