Valentine

Baby this year,
I do not want anything in a box,
Or anything with hearts or ribbon.
I do not want roses of red,
Or candy so sweet.
I do not want a diamond for my finger,
Or anything gold or silver.

Baby this year,
There is no reason to spend money
to show your love for me.
Your hands tell me when they grab mine.
Your sparkling soft brown eyes give it all away.

Baby this year,
For Valentine's Day,
All I need is for you to be mine.

Baby this year,
Be my Valentine.

    The poem was really great it rhymed at some words but in this poem it doesnt needs rhyming words , i thought it was really sweet ,loved the poem .keep writing
