The Field.

by cassie   Feb 6, 2008

She sets in the field
Her head in the clouds
She sits and wonders
Of these feelings shes found.

She feels so grown up
Like no one else can win
Shes sick of immaturity
And over the sins.

She wants to be free
And do what she likes
She needs some comfort
Not one like a psych.

She doesnt want a professional
But someone who cares
Who loves her for her
Hurting her they wouldnt dare

She lies in the grass
The wind in her hair
Her eyes a soft blue
'can somebody care'

She smiles all day
And cries at night
She knows it shouldnt be like this
It just isnt right.

Shes going to do something
She knows this is true
Shes going to fight this
And become somebody new.
