With tears in my eyes I write this poem
To tell you just how sorry I am...

This is a dream I had of you and me
A few nights ago, how i wish it could be real...

I cried last night
For the second time that I can remember...

Do we always do what we're told to
Why do we smile or sing or go to school...

When I peek into the future we're making
Then look back at the reality of my being...
