So I'm Nathan...

I'm a freshman at Appalachian State University. I'm majoring in Analytical Physics and Engineering

My parents are deaf and I know sign language
If I keep listening to this loud music, I'll be just like 'em...

I play guitar, bass, and I dabble in drums and piano
Music is my passion
Kinda IRONIC huh?
I've played in almost a dozen bands
Some of those guys are my oldest friends
People with nice guitars piss me off...
Because they usually suck.

I also like Chemistry for some reason

I'm a coffee addict...It IS the best part of waking up...

I used to manage a restaurant back in high school. Not such a great job...In fact, I couldn't decide what was worse: handling raw bloody chicken, or handling pissed off customers
That job is also the explanation for the multiple burn scars on my hands. 450 degree oil spills will do that to you...

My idea of a good time is hanging out with friends - in a barn - shooting pool - eating pizza - chugging soda - and havin conversation - not to mention playing capture the flag at 3 in the morning...

I love pizza...
I mean...every guy does...
But...I'd marry pizza....ok not really...but yeah.
I'm really outgoing...
And definitely wierd...
I'm pretty good at discerning people's true motives...
I might be the only person in the world who doesn't really like icecream or cake.
Kraft mac-and-cheese is the best.
I might just be wanting a bagel with that coffee
Blue cheese is disgusting.
I have an insanely deep voice when I wake up...
Or when I feel like talking like Barry White...
Or...well...always.
I like to act as well...
But high-school theatre can burn in he double hockey sticks...
I'm horrible at telling jokes...
But I'm really good at getting people to laugh...

At me, not with me lol...
I have a dark side...
In fact...It would scare you...
I have extremely vivid dreams...
And they're never good
I want to write a book before I die...
And make a movie.
And skydive...solo
I'm a bit of a geek.

I'm terrible at making conversation.
I'm also not too great at songwriting cause I never finish
I think poetically (If that's possible?)
I don't really like being around lots of kids
I'm used to a quiet house...
I spend a lot of time alone...but I'm ok with that.
I get frustrated easily

I am a songwriter at heart.

I try to live a good life...
In the end, I fail

If I call you my friend, I mean it.
And I'll love you too.
I've realized my life is no more important
than anyone else's
And I'd lay it down for any of my friends.
