Drowning in your own pain...

Another lonely night,
Darkness still surrounds...

I wrote this poem for a friend who committed...
Let me tell you a story...

The rain falls like her endless tears,
Each silent steady drop...

I leave in hope to find
a place without my problems...

Am i dreaming,
Or is all this real...

When did things go so wrong?
This distance between us is killing me...

I stare at the uniform I’m supposed to be,
But deep down inside I know its not me...

Never did I see myself here.
Wrapped in your bed...

Underneath her fake smile
lies a vat of tears...

It's the way you look at me,
The way your smile lights up your face...

A silent tear rolls down my cheek
A painful sigh escapes...
