Well in a way in Jainism, Hinduism & Buddhism and some other beliefs, the soul does not enter Moksha/heaven that easily, but recycles back on earth (reincarnated) to pay penance for the wrongs committed. So, if you were a human and committed enough wrongs/sins, you may be born as an ant or a cockroach. So, if you wished a U-turn back to earth, yes there is a way, but no guarantees one will be reborn as a human again! Did you wish to take the risk?

but I would agree that a Joke is a very serious thing
not to me but to some others
Some would take your words to the heart and give you some useless drama
so you would better be careful to who you joke with unless you like drama =P

I'm too old to be careful Max..even with jokes. So...all these souls eventually make it to heaven..the ones who done the u-turns haven't quite made it there yet but...they're hoping for the traffic to die down soon...the poll position ones are there..what now? They are all souls right now but...do they integrate or segregate?

Hellon basically in my belief
we walk a road all the souls walk on road with no side roads or U-turns =P
Hell is beneath that road and heaven is on the other side of it
If you fall down of that road then your mistakes were more than the good deeds and you would be on the doors of hell but God is Merciful and can forgive some mistakes you done if you turned back to him and asked him for forgiveness

and If you could pass the road then your mistakes were less than your good deeds and you would be on the doors of heaven

It's just a little too black and white for me...you know..the straight and narrow road like a highway that goes on forever? I much prefer a curvy road but...that's just me I guess.

you only live once
and you should try something new from time to time

Yes I do believe in 2nd chances and complete forgiveness as long as we are alive
but after death I don't think we have anymore chances
