In the words of Martin Luther King, “I have a dream”.

What is your dream? Write a poem about your dream. You can use Martin Luther King speech as inspiration or you can come up with your own inspiration.

Poem is due August 22, 2025. I’ll pick a winner base on whatever poem moves me the most. If a poem is well written and has employed different techniques but it doesn’t move me, it won’t win. What I’m looking for is something that makes me feel. I’m looking for a poem that even if it has nothing to do with me, the poem is able to transport me into its own world.

Poems are due: August 22, 2025.

I’ll declare the winner on September 5. (That’ll give me plenty of time to write a comment to each of the participants ).

Anyone is welcome to participate. Send me your poems through Private message.

I sent it to you through a message, but I also posted it. It felt very good to let this one out into the world. It was therapeutic for me. Thank you for the idea. <3
