How do you do the salt and ice thing?

I tried it last night and nothing happened...I was very disappointed...can anyone help?

You have to use a lot of salt, about 4/5 pinchfuls and press the ice cube down while you are doing it

whats this salt and ice thing? and is it good?

Well, you put the ice on the salt and it leaves a big mark which throbs, It is good :D I like it

get loads of ice on ur arm or wrist or wherever, put an ice cube on top of it, then press down reeeeeeeeeeli hard. hurts like hell b careful

i mite try it i heard about it but i didn't no it was SI and i tryied it but it didn't work a while ago but i mite try it the rite way now......
and don't tihnk its ur fault its all good

i tried it and it worked! at first it was hard but now its not it just kinda burns and hurts like hell but i like it.

I just tried it, it really releases a lot...I think my sister saw me get the salt though, that could be a problem *Cries*

Mine made an indention in my skin, it scared me the first time, then i tried again with the rest of the ice, its all tingly now, and i can feel a pulse in it...
