Well, the thing is that I do home-schooling, so generally I can get up almost as late as I want, and even though it sounds like fun, I'd really like some advice, and maybe support, on getting up early. |

I wake up at 5:30, I am not a morning person. But all you have to do is wake up that one time super early, and you are so exhausted you fall asleep earlier the next day, there for making it easier to wake up after that. Ushually after I get out of bed, I think how awful this is, get over it, put on some music, and splash water on my face. Try to get into a ritual. and doing something physical after you wake up (dancing for me) can help everything alot. |

buy an alarm that is extremely anoying and put it on the other side of the room on loud. Oh, it is SO annoying when it gets into your dreams!! You can't make it stop until you wake up and trust me, when you wake up, you will be wide awake. |

Well... I am a VERY DEEP sleeper and I can't wake up with an alarm away from me... so I have to have my alarm right next to my head (my headboard)... and it goes on and on and on and on... and if you push the snooze button, 5 minutes later, it does the same thing... and I also have my cell phone alarm that also goes off... that is always on my pillow so that I can hear it... both of those alarms are so annoying! and yet, I still manage to sleep through them sometimes... Lol... but usually it works :) |

If your bladder can handle it, drink lots of water before going to bed. If you're not the type that will pee in their sleep, you'll wake up and be busting to go. |

If you're having trouble getting to sleep then that's probably why you can't get up. I've got that prob too, so what I did is stay up till I'm really really tired, go to bed late, and then get someone to wake me up early the next day - you'll be tired for a day or two but eventually you'll set your sleeping patterns and then it will be easier to get up in the morning. |

Soul rebel's idea works. its quite funny but true, evem of u just constantly think about the time, plus its tiring if u do so so u get to sleep faster |

Well, last week I woke up at 1 AM b/c I took a few naps bcuz it wus so boring. I'm pretty sure if you take long naps the day before you can wake up HECKA early but it you fall asleep early (8:00 pm for example) you will wake up early! aha |
