Is that even legal? Shouldn't they ask permition from the author? .. I mean.. you can't just copy and paste these poems from this site to another.. ??

I found a poem from my JustAri account...hmm.

I received no notification by no means whatsoever. I did not make my email address public, but they could have left a comment on my poem informing me of this...weird situation.

The site is rather poor...

And i can't believe that Angelina signed up for it...i'm not even sure why. :P

I get a few swings in on them ... I sent them an email demanding that they remove my poem(s).

Since the web site is shotty work to say the least I was unable to do a complete search for my poems, but I found one right off..

I am not sure, but since they posted a poem that I have published in a book with a publisher and they did not have permission from me or the publisher... isn't that like breaking the law?

I need to pull out my contract to see and I guess I will contact my publisher if my poem(s) are not removed immediately.

They removed mine after I emailed them and offered to sue them for copyright infringement.

Surprise surprise! I found one of mine there, and funnily enough they took one of my worse works. I contacted the administration, and asked them to delete all poems under my name before legal action is taken. Everyone on this site should do the same as soon as they see one of their poems on that site without having submitted them.
